Meet K9 Gusztav the Water Rescue Dog
Hi my name is Gusztav (well officially it's Portside's Gusztav) and i was born on the 1-st of February 2019 in Erin Ontario. I am a Portuguese Water Dog. My mom's name is Portside's Je Ne Sais Quoi RN and my Dad's name is Baywood's Norse Legend. How I got the name Gusztav is something my partner/handler and best friend John will tell you about.
Now that I am 4 years old my handler lets me do more things to help him and his team save lives in and around the water. Not to brag, but they tell me that I am the first Water Rescue K9 that can be deployed from a hovercraft.
