We are Saskatchewan’s dedicated amphibious response provider. We assist First Responders and critical infrastructure, by providing specialist equipment, and staff to deal with some of the most challenging situations. We are called in to action when First Responders require amphibious capabilities.

ARSU1 is activated through our mutual aid partnership with the Fort Qu'Appelle Fire Department.
Other First Responder agencies (regional or provincial) may also contact us to provide assistance in the form of mutual aid.
ARSU1 will self activate and provide assistance to a person(s) if:

Above and beyond challenging situations ARSU1 reaches out to our communities by providing information on water and ice safety to better the lives of others through prevention. We believe that every ice and water injury or death is preventable.
ARSU1 is certified by the Transport Canada Office of Boating Safety to conduct free pleasure craft safety checks.
These courtesy checks will help you make sure that you have all the required safety equipment on board.
