Echo Cottage Watch Services was started with a goal to provide a reliable home watch service program to cottage owners in the Echo Valley. A service that would not only be local, but can adapt to the many needs of its clients. 

Home/Cottage Watch Services - Property Checks/Visits

In an effort to ensure accountability to our clients, we have invested into the QRIDit HOME WATCH system, that integrates our visits and allows clients to track and review all home watch visits, call outs, alarm calls and any services that are associated with call outs to a property (important for insurance companies). Through Echo Cottage Watch we are also able to offer:

• Alarm Response Services
• Key Holding Services (for property owners and realtors)
• Seasonal services such as fall and spring yard maintenance ( lawn mowing; leaf collection and removal; other yard work).
• Snow clearing (for small residential properties - walkways)
• Exterior Window Cleaning       NEW service starting spring of 2023
• Concierge Services.
